Steve Fleming, Managing Partner

Steve is responsible for business development, client origination and operational oversight. Prior to WSO, Steve was an Executive Director with The Options Group, a global retained search firm. Before entering the executive search industry, Steve worked in sales management at Qwest Communications and USN Communications. Steve started his career at Image Advertising's commercial branding division. Steve is a U.S. Navy Veteran and served in South American Anti-Narcotics Operations. Steve holds a B.S. degree from State University of New York College at Oneonta in Business Economics.

Ken DeGrave, Managing Director of Financial Services Recruiting

Ken has fifteen years of executive search and consulting experience previously working as head of Atrium Staffing in New York and was a executive director with The Options Group. Prior to working in executive search, Ken served in senior sales and business development role with USN Communications. Ken holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Economics from SUNY Brockport.

Charles Rauch, Director Financial Services Recruiting & Consulting
 
Charles is focused on recruiting middle/back office, accounting, compliance, IT and infrastructure hires within alternative investments, capital markets and investment banking. Charles most recently worked at GSO Capital (Blackstone Group) as a Vice President for their Hedge Fund and CLO business lines. Charles began his career at Tiger Management, where he played a key role starting the operations/finance team and was promoted to an assistant trader on the macro desk. He was then recruited by Citibank, working for the Debt Derivatives re-structuring team as a Vice President in finance and operations in New York and London. After Citi, he joined Credit Suisse Prime Brokerage as a Vice President in product development and Hedge Fund Consulting business responsible for client infrastructure and technology implementations. Charles holds a B.S. dergree in Economics from Fordham University.

Adrian Gamarello, Managing Director of Web Development

Adrian has broad experience in product development, web design, and marketing. Adrian has an extensive background working in the luxury goods and fashion industry. Prior to joining Wall Street Options, Adrian was the Director of Web Marketing and Sales at Sir Drake. For several years Adrian was a buyer for the luxury goods industry working for Saks Fifth Avenue, Barneys New York, and Bergdorf Goodman. Adrian holds a B.A. in Retail Management from Syracuse University, Syracuse.
 

Daniel Fleming, Director of Financial Services Recruiting

Prior to WSO, Dan worked for Ernst & Young's Investor Group Services specializing in private equity research. Dan is also a freelance monologue writer for The Late Show with David Letterman and is the lead singer of the fusion band Space Cabbage, performing improvisational comedy throughout NYC. Dan holds a communications degree from Ithaca College and a songwriting degree from Berklee College of Music.
 

Noah Wenger, Director of Research & Analytics

Noah is responsible for the design and development of internal proprietary search systems. Prior to joining Wall Street Options, Noah worked for the American Red Cross supporting their IT & Fund-Raising Department. Noah's experience also includes Institutional Sales Training for Prudential Securities. Noah holds a B.A. from UCLA.
