Executive Recruiter

▪ Source, qualify, interview, and place Analysts through Managing Directors within alternative investment firms, capital markets, and institutional investors

▪ Conduct candidate meetings

▪ Schedule and facilitate the interview process

▪ Gather client and candidate feedback and determine the outcome of the 

Interview process

▪ Negotiate proposed employment offers

▪ Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients

▪ Update and maintain CRM recruiting database

Qualifications

▪ 3+ years experience with full time or temp-to-perm financial recruiting

▪ Able to quickly establish rapport with both clients and candidates

▪ Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills

▪ Activity and relationship driven
