Step 1: Classify & Qualify Search

▪ Clarify the position's scope, responsibilities, reporting relationships and compensation
▪ Prepare a written position specification
▪ Review and agree to search strategy with client
Step 2: Identify & Qualify Candidates
▪ Access our client database, search rival corporations and other sources to identify candidates
▪ Prescreen calls to sources and prospects to attract qualified candidates
▪ Interview and evaluate each candidate
▪ Reports that meet specifications are prepared and submitted
▪ Obtain feedback from client
Step 3: Manage Interview Process
▪ Schedule interviews between hiring managers and candidates
▪ Prepare detailed profiles and evaluation reports on each candidate's strengths
▪ Short-list the candidates to be interviewed in further rounds
▪ Obtain feedback from client
Step 4: Selection Process
▪ Client selects candidate and proposes a verbal offer that is contingent on professional references and background checks
▪ Assist with checking references
▪ Coordinate compensation, title and additional documentation
▪ Obtain feedback from client
Step 5: Follow Up
▪ Assist the new hire in making a seamless transition to client
