Steven Fleming is the Founder and CEO of Wall Street Options and is responsible for business development, client origination and operational oversight. Prior to WSO, Steven was an executive director for several years at one of New York's largest retained executive search firms. Before entering the executive search industry, Steven worked in senior marketing positions at Qwest Communications and USN Communications. Steven started his career at Image Advertising's commercial branding division. Steven is a U.S. Navy Veteran and served in South American Anti-Narcotics Operations.

 

Peter Cohen joined WSO in 2010 and is Managing Director of Investment Banking recruitment. Prior to WSO, Mr. Cohen worked in the investment banking with ABN AMRO in Melbourne, Australia as a Manager in the Equity Capital Markets division where he completed 27 equity capital raisings across a broad spectrum of industries such as mining and resources, telecommunications, infrastructure, funds management, commercial banking, real estate, IT, marketing services and healthcare. Prior to his investment banking experience he also has 3 years of commercial real estate sales experience at Marcus & Millichap in Washington, D.C. and New York City. Mr. Cohen holds a B.A. in History and International Affairs from The George Washington University and an M.B.A. specializing in Finance & Banking from Melbourne University in Australia.

Ken DeGrave, Managing Director of Financial Services Recruiting

Ken joined Wall Street Options in 2009. Ken has ten years of executive search and consulting experience previously working as head of Atrium Staffing in New York and was a executive director with The Options Group. Prior to working in executive search, Ken served in senior sales and business development roles with Cable & Wireless and USN Communications. Ken holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Economics from SUNY Brockport.

Adrian Gamarello Managing Director of Web Development

Adrian joined Wall Street Options in 2007 as a Managing Director of Web Development and Research. Adrian has broad experience in product development, web design, and marketing. Adrian has an extensive background working in the luxury goods and fashion industry. Prior to joining Wall Street Options, Adrian was the Director of Web Marketing and Sales at Sir Drake. For several years Adrian was a buyer for the luxury goods industry working for Saks Fifth Avenue, Barneys New York, and Bergdorf Goodman. Adrian holds a B.A. in Retail Management from Syracuse University, Syracuse.

Daniel Fleming, Director of Financial Services Recruiting

Dan joined Wall Street Options in 2005 as a recruiter. Prior to WSO, Dan worked for Ernst & Young's Investor Group Services specializing in private equity research. Dan is also a freelance monologue writer for The Late Show with David Letterman and is the lead singer of the fusion band Space Cabbage, performing improvisational comedy throughout NYC. Dan holds a communications degree from Ithaca College and a songwriting degree from Berklee College of Music.

Noah Wenger, Director of Research & Analytics

Noah joined Wall Street Options in 2005 to head the Research & Analytics Division. Noah is responsible for the design and development of internal proprietary search systems. Prior to joining Wall Street Options, Noah worked for the American Red Cross supporting their IT & Fund-Raising Department. Noah's experience also includes Institutional Sales Training for Prudential Securities. Noah holds a B.A. from UCLA
